PCV stands for Passenger Carrying Vehicle. A PCV licence allows you to drive vehicles over 16 seats such as minibuses, buses or coaches.
If you want to apply for a PCV licence. You must have met the following criteria -
- Driver minimum age should be at least 21 years.
- Required driving experience of at least two years.
- You should have good conduct history. The police carry out a ‘conduct history’ check on candidates.
- You must be medically fit and submit a medical certificate with your application.
